By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
We perform regular automated backups of user data as part of our best-effort service operations. However, we do not guarantee that:
YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO EXPORT AND MAINTAIN YOUR OWN BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT INVENTORY DATA.
We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures, security incidents, service interruptions, or any other cause.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or profits.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
